DELIVERY

Here at liverockandmetalcds.com , we endeavour to dispatch all items for the UK ordered before 12:00 (Monday to Friday) within 48 hours ( 2 days ) .
European and International ( US , Canada and all others ) orders will be dispatched within 72 hours ( 3 days ) .

In practice most orders are dispatched well within the indicated dispatch ‘time windows’ .

All items are safely packaged in padded mailers or ( for larger orders ) secure packing boxes . All our items unless specified ( in very rare cases ) are brand new
as received from our Japanese , Korean or European suppliers .

The majority of orders for items UNDER £25 / $30 ( product cost ) will be shipped by Standard Air Mail .
With minimal exceptions , orders OVER £25 / $30 ( product cost ) are shipped by a Tracked / Signed Service .

We offer FREE Global Shipping for any orders over £40 / $50 ( Cart Value ) and these orders are also sent by Tracked / Signed service .

When instances a Tracked / Signed service is used for your order delivery you will receive the Tracking Number and information on how to track your package .

For orders UNDER the £40 / $50 FREE shipping threshold these are the shipping charges you will pay :

Delivery FAQs

Q: How will I know when my order has been sent?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll be sent an email just to confirm that it’s started its journey to you (remember to check your spam folder if you’ve not ordered
from us before).

Q: Once my order has been dispatched, when will I receive it?
From the time you receive your dispatch confirmation email we would expect you to receive your order as follows :

1) Most Standard UK deliveries are received within 3-5 working days once goods are dispatched. If it does happen – on the off chance – to take any longer than this time
period to reach you, Royal Mail policy requests we wait 10 working days to pass before classifying an item as “lost”.

Signed For / Tracked deliveries are usually received within 1-3 working days once goods are dispatched .

2) Most European deliveries are received within 5-8 working days once goods are dispatched. If it does happen – on the off chance – to take any longer than this time
period to reach you, Royal Mail policy requests we wait 10 working days to pass before classifying an item as “lost”.

Signed For / Tracked deliveries are usually received within 3-6 working days once goods are dispatched .

3) Most US / Canada and other International deliveries are received within 6-12 working days once goods are dispatched. If it does happen – on the off chance – to take any
longer than this time
period to reach you, Royal Mail policy requests we wait 15 working days to pass before classifying an item as “lost”.

Signed For / Tracked deliveries are usually received within 5-10 working days once goods are dispatched .

Q: What do I do if I have not received my order within the Royal Mail policy threshold above ?
In the unfortunate and unlikely case that your order doesn’t arrive within the 10-15 working days ( depending on the shipping destination )- contact us straight away so that we can
investigate further.

To give you some peace of mind, we’ll be sure to send you an email to let you know when each item is on its way.

Q: What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
Due to the size of most of our products( when bought individually ) , usually they don’t require you to be at home to take delivery as they will fit through your letterbox.

In the event that you have ordered products which will not fit through your letterbox, (and you aren’t in to take delivery) then the postal service will follow their usual procedure.
For UK orders and most International / European this usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office. For
items attempted for delivery by a courier service they will also leave a card and allow you to arrange for redelivery or collection.

Q: Am I able to change the delivery address to something other than my registered PayPal address?
For the time being, we’re unable to deliver your order to an alternative address – meaning all items will be posted to the address that’s linked to your PayPal account.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNING AN ITEM

Because of the ease of copying of CD / DVD media we can only offer a no quible Replacement or Refund if your purchase is damaged or defective .

If this is the case please notify us at : returns@liverockandmetalcds.com within 30 days of your order .

Follow the Returns Procedures below for a full refund if it is NOT possible to souce a replacement or a replacement if we can .

It is a condition of our Policy that you send the item by a Tracked Service to safeguard both us and yourself . You will need to arrange payment for this and
we will credit this amount to you once the item is RECEIVED by US .
Once the item is received by us we will initiate the refund and postage credit or send a replacement and initiate the postage credit whichever is applicable.

Returns Procedures
Please follow the simple steps below to ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return and full refund or re-shipment and postage credit :

1. Contact Customer Service
You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns CAN NOT be accepted without this number. You may email us at : returns@liverockandmetalcds.com.

2. Pack and Send by Tracked service and notify us of the Tracking number again quoting your :
